(The Hill) — New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) said that she is worried about “lone wolf” attacks as she pursues a civil fraud case against former President Trump.James, who is spearheading a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump, his children and his business entities, said on the “Pod Save America” podcast Monday that she has received death threats that have been amplified by partisan divides as she sues the former president. LOUIS - A Hannibal, Missouri, man who spent more than three decades working as a juvenile officer appeared in federal court Tuesday and was sentenced for picking up an at-risk teenager and engaging in illegal sexual activity with her.Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri said Scott Burow, 63, pleaded guilty in October 2022 to one count of transporting a minor across state lines to engage in prohibited sexual conduct.Burow met the then 15-year-old girl on an online dating site in late March 2020. A man from Ventura County pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to charges stemming from several bomb threats made over the phone last year, including threats made to a Planned Parenthood office on the day the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v.
